An healthy person is a person that is physically fitness and have good health.
How to become an healthy person?
These are some ways you can become and healthy person;
1. EXERCISE; A person that want to have a good health must engage himself in 30 minutes exercise every in order to maintain good health.
2. Maintain normal weight: A person must check his weight every month in order to maintain is weight because too much of weight will cause obesity.
3. Eating of balance diet ; as we all know that eating healthy food give good health because what we eat I'd what will work inside our body.
4. Don't smoke; smoking causes health issue like cancer. To have a good health now you will avoid smoking.
5. Drink water; a person that want to be healthy must drink up 5 to 6 glass of water every day .
