What is cancer?
Cancer is an abnormal growth of cell which has the ability to involve adjacent tissue and eventual death of the affected patient if there is care.

Causes of postate cancer;
Yet now they have not seen the major causes of postate cancer but research has given us how we can avoid it.
How to avoid postate cancer;
1. Maintain a healthy weight; research shows that people living with obesity are likely to have postate cancer.
2. Limit fat intake; improve your diet, reduce fat intake and eat fruits, vegetables.
3. Exercise regularly; exercise 30 minutes a day to reduce your fat.
Postate cancer is the most common cancer in the word.
